On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, we attended the Actúa UPM 2023 awards ceremony, organized by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM).
The ActúaUPM Competition is one of the most nationally relevant entrepreneurship challenges organized by the University, granting up to 45,000 euros in prizes. The challenge covers every step of the process from the presentation of ideas to their launch on the market, divided into three phases: Prizes for the best ideas, training, and prizes for the best start-ups (where we opted for a prize of up to 15,000 euros), and finally the pre-acceleration phase.
Amongst more than 200 ideas presented at the #20actúaupm, Vulkano was selected as one of the best 10 business ideas.
We are very proud to have been given this award and selected to go to the following phase, which will be very important for the future of Vulkano, and we will approach it with great enthusiasm and motivation after this award.
